What I collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email address, phone number (optional), property address (valuation requests), what you are looking to do, and any message. The form also records the page you were on and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source) so I know which pages are useful.

Why

To reply to your request and, with your consent, to send you related real estate information. I do not sell or rent your information.

Consent and how to withdraw it

By ticking the consent box you agree that Mark Liani of Century 21 Atria Realty Inc., Brokerage (191 John St., Unit 100, Toronto, ON) may contact you by email or phone about your request and related real estate information, consistent with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing m_liani@hotmail.com, calling (416) 532-9990, or using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Who handles it

Form submissions are delivered by a form-handling or email service chosen by the site owner and are then stored in Mark’s email and in his client records. Real estate brokerages are required to keep certain transaction records for a number of years if you become a client.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set cookies and loads no third-party scripts, analytics or advertising pixels by default. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated.

Calculators

The mortgage and land transfer tax calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent or stored.
